DETAILS:
On Monday, July 29, 2024, the Wean Hall machine room (MR-A) will be affected by a 9+ hour (estimated) power outage while FMS performs maintenance. This maintenance is needed for FMS to replace aging parts and alleviate recent intermittent power issues.
As a result, hosted systems in the Wean Hall machine room may not be available during the maintenance period. We strongly recommend that all systems be powered down prior to the outage time to avoid any server hardware problems. Once power is restored, we will power on all systems.
