Welcome to the new SCS Computing Facilities Website!

SCS Computing Facilities (SCSCF) is excited to announce the launch of our newly redesigned, mobile-friendly website! We encourage you to explore and bookmark the new URL: https://computing.cs.cmu.edu.

In addition to the new design, we are introducing the following new features on the website:

• Status Dashboard: This new dashboard provides “at-a-glance” status information on SCS core services.
• Integrated Requests: You can now submit a ticket right from our website, as well as submit a number of requests relevant to our services. From general assistance to provisioning and access, we want to make it easier to find information as well as request what you need.
• Customized Student, Faculty and Staff pages: We have created landing pages with helpful and convenient links to popular resources. Know of a helpful page for you or your colleagues? Let us know and we may include it!
• Getting Started page: A page with helpful links and information for those new to SCS.

We value your thoughts and want to continue to develop the site and its content in a way that is helpful to you. If you need to tell us about a page, please use our page feedback sections at the bottom of each page.

In addition, we have collaborated with the SCS Building Facilities team to launch their brand new site. You can explore and bookmark their new URL: https://building.cs.cmu.edu.

We have received lots of help, over many hours, days and weeks, from many people to make this happen. Special thanks to the SCSCF website project team staff. We also want to thank students, faculty and staff members whose participation and feedback was so valuable to this redesign effort.
