SCS Windows Domain Migration

Schedule your migration today!

We're reaching the final phase of our project to migrate all SCS managed Windows computers from the SCS Windows domain, to the Andrew Windows domain. Our legacy domain is being decommissioned and we need to migrate your computer.

Schedule your migration!

What is a Windows (Active Directory) domain?

A Windows domain is a structured network through which all user accounts, computers, printers and other security principals are centrally managed.

What is involved in migrating?

We perform the migration remotely and in your (remote) presence throughout.

  • The process will generally take between 60 to 90 minutes.
  • We'll call you and remain with you on the phone throughout.
  • We will perform the migration remotely using Beyond Trust (Bomgar, a secure remote support tool).
  • Your presence is required for the duration of the migration process.

What can I expect after migrating?

  • You will logon to your computer using your Andrew ID and password. You will no longer require a separate SCS Windows password.
  • Some apps may require you to sign in with your Andrew ID and password.
  • We will help with any other related configuration aspect after the migration.
