Welcome New Students!

Welcome new and returning students for the Fall 2021 semester. Our department is the principal technical support and consulting resource for the School of Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University. We are here to provide you with the very best computing experience with all of our technology services including desktop computing, research computing, high performance clusters, and help via technical consulting and help desk support.

While we are your first stop for computing support, we also collaborate closely with central campus technology groups such as Andrew Computing Services to facilitate escalations and provide the most complete service experience.
