SCS Windows Domain Decommission

The SCS Active Directory domain will be decommissioned on October 30, 2023.

On Monday, October 30, 2023, SCS Computing Facilities will decomission the legacy SCS Active Directory domain environment. Any hosts still bound to this domain will no longer receive updates or configuration policy from SCS.

Who will be impacted?

We have directly emailed individuals in the SCS community whose machines will be affected. These users should schedule a remote support session to either migrate their computer to our new domain or localize the configuration and remove software support. The rest of our community will not be impacted by this change and no action is required.
