Winter Break Service Hours

SCS Computing Facilities will be closed during the Winter Break.

The SCS Help Desk and other services such as Purchasing and Receiving will follow the schedule below:

UNAVAILABLE: Wednesday, December 23 at 2:00 PM (Early Closing)
AVAILABLE: Monday, January 4 at 9:00 AM (Ongoing COVID-19 Remote Support)

You can schedule a pickup of any packages delivered during the break on and after Monday, January 4, 2020, via email to receiving@cs.cmu.edu, or by calling 412-268-5600.

Our SCS Computing Operations staff will remain on our current remote and limited-on-site schedule to provide limited support during this time.

Please contact SCS Operations at 412-268-2608 in case of urgent matters or emergencies.
