Hardware Relocation and Removal

Use the form linked below to request the relocation of computer hardware or the pickup/removal of decommissioned computer hardware. When requesting computer hardware removal, please ensure the computer has been retired via our online registration system.

Please note: When requesting removal or relocation, please request at least 1-2 business days before intended move for scheduling purposes. Requests are handled in the order in which they are received.
