Welcome New Students!
We want to welcome new and returning students for the Fall 2019 semester. SCS Computing Facilities (SCSCF) is the principal technical support and consulting resource for the School of Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University. We are here to assist SCS students and provide the very best experience with all of our technology services including desktop computing, research computing, high performance clusters, as well as provide technical consulting (help), and more. To provide the best support experience possible, we collaborate closely with central campus technology groups such as Andrew Computing Services.
If you have any questions or need assistance, you can call us at 412-268-4231, visit the Help Desk at GHC 4203 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, or you can submit a ticket for support.
