Ubuntu Linux 20.04 - Now Supported
Ubuntu Linux 20.04 LTS (long-term support) is the latest release of Ubuntu, Canonical's Linux desktop and server operating system. Released in 2020, it is the successor to 18.04 LTS.
Dragon is the SCS Computing Facilities (SCSCF) supported Ubuntu Linux environment, which includes installation, access to our internal repositories and support for issues relating to the operating system and its functionality. Before You Upgrade: Support Notes and Caveats
NTPD: Dragon 20.04 installs NTPD for time synchronization, in place of the vendor's default systemd-timesyncd.
